Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy HD, released on PC, Switch, etc., is a compilation of three parts of a popular series of detective adventure games featuring Phoenix Wright, a lawyer. This series, known in Japan as Gyakuten Saiban 123, was launched in 2001 on the Game Boy Advance console. This compilation contains remastered versions of titles published in 2005-2007 on Nintendo DS.

Mechanics

The protagonist of the series is a young attorney who conducts various court cases. The game is divided into two main stages. In preparation for the defense of his client, Phoenix Wright first tries to learn the truth about the actual course of events. To do this, he deals, among other things, with investigating the place of crime and collecting clues, thanks to which he will be able to prove the innocence of the accused. The second phase of the game is the trial itself, during which our lawyer interrogates the witnesses and presents the evidence gathered.
