La-Mulana 2 enables us to assume the role of the daughter of that hero, who had turned out just like her father, traveling through mysterious, inaccessible locations while wearing her trademark hat. The new adventure takes us to Scandinavia, and introduces a plot inspired by Nordic legends.

During his travels, the monarch has to defeat hordes of monsters to finally stand face to face with the kidnapper.

The debut of a French developer known as Too Kind. The game is a two-dimensional platformer and was funded on Kickstarter. The plot in Pankapu was divided into two branches. On one hand, the game tells a story of the brave warrior Pankapu - as told by a father reading this story to his child, Jaha'rell. The actual gameplay is rooted in that story, for the player assumes the role of said warrior, who was created by the god of dreams in order to eradicate the nightmares invading this world.

The player assumes the role of a warrior called Buta, who sets out for a personal revenge mission after having his wife killed. The game makes references to old action platformers - it is a two-dimensional platform game requiring the players to travel through a series of levels, where they encounter large numbers of enemies, but also powerful bosses.
Kirby: Planet Robobot

Another installment in the platformer series for Nintendo 3DS. The titular protagonist of Kirby: Planet Robobot is a little pink fellow who has to bring back order to the Dream Land, as it was attacked by mechanical entities causing turmoil that needs to be dealt with. Mechanics are similar to those in the previous installments. The player travels through platform levels, uncovers secrets, and fights enemies – Kirby swallows them, which allows him to gain their special skills.
