Star Trek: Voyager - Across the Unknown is a real-time strategy set in the titular universe, containing additional roguelike and survival elements. This tactical game was made by the German indie studio Gamexcite and it was supported by the Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy.

Gameplay

The game puts us in the role of the captain of the U.S.S. Voyager ship. Our main task is to bring the crew safely home. The seriously damaged ship requires repairs and internal reconstruction. We place individual systems, quarters and industrial facilities according to our will, while conducting research in various fields. New technologies not only strengthen the ship, but also improve the morale of the crew.

When exploring the Delta Quadrant, we scan celestial bodies in order to find valuable resources that enable further travel. In setting the course, we keep in mind the lurking dangers. When diplomacy fails, we face space battles. From the bridge, we issue orders for offensive and defensive maneuvers, targeting the enemy ship's systems, and using special weapons.
