A large, paid expansion to Tom Clancy's The Division 2 online shooter, where we're moving back to the city known from the first part of the series - New York. The DLC offers a new scenario, locations and improvements in mechanics.
The Division 2: Warlords of New York is an add-on to Tom Clancy's The Division 2, released in 2019, which tells the story of how humanity is coping with an epidemic of a dangerous virus that has decimated the population. The expansion introduces a completely new scenario and location - New York. The DLC also offers improvements in character development. The project was created and released by Ubisoft. The developers who created the main game - Ubisoft Massive studio (formerly Massive Entertainment) - are responsible for it.
In the Division 2: Warlords of New York, we move to New York, where we encounter the dangerous Aaron Keener - a former Division agent who abandoned his former ideals and decided to use his skills to take control of one of the city districts ( Lower Manhattan).
The Division 2: Warlords of New York offers a completely new open loaction, which we explore in the same way as the areas known from the basic game. During the game, we fight enemies, complete tasks, and collect various equipment (the DLC introduces a lot of new items).
The developers also decided to completely redesign the mechanics responsible for character development. In addition, the maximum experience level has been increased to 40.
The Division 2: Warlords of New York does not introduce any new game modes. We can only play in online multiplayer mode. It is worth noting that in general the game does not force us to cooperate with other people - the vast majority of the content we can go through on our own. There is also an option to use the help of companions selected by the matchmaking system.
The Division 2: Warlords of New York does not change the graphic design of the basic version of the game.
The Division 2: Warlords of New York is a paid expansion. Production requires a basic version of Tom Clancy's The Division 2 to work.

Warlords delivers a huge step forward for The Division 2, fixing a lot of the problems that have been around for a long time, bringing some much-needed variety into the map. The big city creates tighter and more chaotic fights, adding to the experience. With the new missions and Skills for players to try it breathes some fresh air into the game. The new rewards system helps make players feel valued for their time invested, and this is great for the elite among us. It is well worth jumping back into the game to explore New York once again and finally hunt down Aaron Keener.

A strong story and brilliant RPG systems make Warlords of New York a real shot in the arm for The Division 2, but a lot of initial excitement is soaked up by bullet-sponge enemies in the endgame.
