Zephon PC

Zephon is a 4X strategy set in a post-apocalyptic reality. The game was developed by Proxy Studios team, the authors of Warhammer 40,000: Gladius - Relics of War.

Plot

The action takes place in the undefined future, on the devastated Earth. Human civilization lies in ruins. Cities are ruined and the lands beyond them are full of warped plants and mutated animals. Dumb combat robots wander aimlessly and the remnants of the army hide in shipwrecks.

The player's task is to lead the remnants of humanity. He must rebuild the power of civilization and face the nightmares and the mechanical armies of ZEPHON.

Game mechanics

Zephon is a turn-based strategy game that belongs to 4X category. We start the game by choosing a leader and historical background of our faction. Then our task is to explore the world, expand our influence, exploit resources and exterminate rivals and threats.

We also have to deal with diplomacy and trade, build cities and conduct scientific research. We also spend a lot of time fighting through an extensive turn-based combat system.

The game world is a very inhospitable place, so survival elements play a key role and the player has to work hard to protect his community from the forces of nature.

Game modes

Zephon offers both single player and multiplayer modes. In multiplayer we can compete with other people or cooperate with them in a cooperative variant.

Technical aspects

The game features fully 3D graphics, whose main advantage is a visually interestingly designed world.
