Kingdom Come Deliverance: From the Ashes DLC

A focused walkthrough covering unlocking, quests and village management for the From the Ashes expansion to Kingdom Come: Deliverance.

You all learn how to unlock the DLC: secure Pribyslawitz during the main questline (Baptism of Fire), then talk to Sir Divish in Talmberg to trigger the starting quest and Marius rescue. The DLC can be played before Fort Vranik or after the epilogue; if Divish is missing wait 24 hours.

Coverage includes the side quests (combat, bribe or intimidate options), the Lost in the Woods -> A Place to Call Home chain, and the Supplies delivery steps. Village rules explain the register, governor chest and construction order (build Woodcutters' Camp, then Trader's house, then income buildings). Expect high costs (store ~20k-70k gold) and targets like 40 residents and ~1,200 daily income; use the Contemplative exploit for daily withdrawals.
