Kingdom Come Deliverance: Rattay map

The map above shows Rattay. This is one of the larger cities found in Kingdom Come: Deliverance and you first arrive here after completing the prologue (completing the Homecoming quest). While in Rattay, you can unlock quite a few main and side quests. There are also many traders, trainers and people offering various services here.

The most important locations in Rattay

1. Miller Peshek’s farm - This is where you start after Henry is rescued by Teresa. The hero's bed is located here. With Teresa herself you can establish a romance. In addition, you can ask Miller Peshek to teach the hero the basics of burglary and pickpocketing and return to him for further (already paid) lessons.
2. Stronghold and the Upper Castle - In these locations, among others, several main quests begin.
3. Combat Arena - You will first become familiar with the arena as part of completing the main storyline, but you can also return here later in the game. Captain Bernard can teach Henry more advanced moves in white-arms combat and teach him combat-related skills (sword, axe, spar weapon, defense) for a fee.
4. Huntsman Berthold - You can ask the hunter to upgrade the skills Hunting and Bow. In addition, he sells, among other things, a book on hunting and a treasure map of the 17th.
5. Apothecary - This person can help Henry learn the basics of alchemy. You can pay for more lessons, as well as purchase alchemy-related books (a skill book and recipes for preparing various concoctions).
