When is Airship Coming to Among Us? [UPDATED]

The day has come for the release of the newest map for Among Us. The Airship, as biggest location in the game so far is called, may be released any time now.

Update

The Airship update is now available on supported platforms. In addition to the new map, the ability to create an account, age verification, an option to report other players, and a guest mode have also been added.

The developers have also listed the bugs that occur with few users and shared ways to solve them .

Some plans have also been presented: we can expect a visual overhaul, an increased player limit in the lobby from 10 to 15 due to the large size of The Airship, and the devs themselves promise to introduce updates at regular intervals in the future.

Original message

The release of the latest and biggest map to date for the online detective game Among Us is fast approaching. Although the release date of the level, called The Airship, is scheduled for March 31, we do not know the exact time the update will be released. It could happen in an hour, but it's safer to accept the theory that the update will be released within the next 24 hours.

There may be differences when it comes to map's availability on different platforms. Updates for mobile versions tend to appear with some delay compared to PC. Another dilemma is the release of a new location on Nintendo Switch, as the console manufacturers themselves indicate that DLC for games are released at irregular intervals. Nevertheless, we hope that The Airship will appear simultaneously on every supported platform.

We wrote more about the content of the upcoming level recently. From the most important things - the newest map will offer us brand new tasks to do, outfits, mechanics of respawning in selected locations and will add a lot of variety, like moving on ladders or moving platforms.
