While bees are definitely cute, killing them is the only way to get a powerful spear in Grounded 2. So, let’s hunt for those useful insects!
Equipment in Grounded 2 makes a difference between life and death. So, to survive increasingly dangerous challenges, we need to gather more advanced resources (for example berries) or kill dangerous insects, even those which are not harmful if not provoked – like bees. Sadly, if you are a spearman, you need to kill the poor creature to get the tier 2 spear.
Bees are peaceful creatures and quite cute. I even have written about them in my opinion on Grounded 2 – they made such an impression on me. However, for those people who fighting with a spear, they are priceless, but in a more sinister way. Bees are the source of Stingers and Fuzz, which are crucial to craft a tier 2 weapon called Stinger Spear. So, where to find these creatures? Let me show you on the map.
I have also marked an additional spot. While the map shows some bee spots near my position, I have also discovered that bees are present in the vicinity of the Picnic Table. A very good spot to find them is the rock next to the toy gun, which I have marked by a yellow dot on the screen. They come to rest and take a little nap there. They are cute and vulnerable when they do that. You will be able to hit them “for free” before they respond.
