So, you are looking for an interactive map in Grounded 2? If you wait a little bit you will unlock a better feature than any website can offer.
Fans of survival games are aware that this genre is focused on exploration and gathering resources. Grounded 2 is no different. We must collect numerous materials (like Acorns or Clay) to craft better gear and advanced workstations. However, finding them may be difficult. That’s why many of us have an urge to look for interactive maps with resources listed, right? However, there is something like that in the game already. So, you don’t have to look far.
That’s right, Grounded 2 has its own interactive map. You can search for any resource you want. You will get its localization in-game. No need to search for it on the Internet. Where is the catch then?
To use this feature, you need to follow the plot for a little bit. We recommend doing that anyway, as thanks to that you will get a Buggy – a mount. It’s extremely useful and a cute creature. Let’s not get distracted though, and go back to the map… After a few missions, you will get information that the filter feature is unlocked, and you will be able to search for resources.
There is also one more downside… well, technically 2. To be able to filter the resource, you need to get at least one on your own. You will need to clear the fog of war too (you need to do it anyway, as exploration is the main task in the game). However, it is still better than looking at the map outside of the game, right? At least that’s what I think. Even if you have a second monitor, you can’t put easily a marker on your target, thanks to the in-game map you can.
Feel free to read our other Grounded 2 guides, as we have prepared for you more tips to survive in this unforgiving world. Good luck.
