The DLC will be available to owners of the Deluxe or Ultimate version of the game and to those who purchased the Back 4 Blood Annual Pass. We will also be able to purchase the expansion separately, but for now its price has not been revealed.
The DLC will be accompanied by a free update available to all players. The patch will introduce a new difficulty level to the game, called No Hope.
Publisher Warner Bros. also shared information about the game's success. Since the launch Back 4 Blood has already been played by over 10 million people (via GameSpot).
Most likely, it is also influenced by the fact that the game is available in Xbox Game Pass.
