Battlefield 2042 Officially Delayed, But Not to 2022

Rumors have been confirmed and the release of Battlefield 2042 has been officially delayed. Fortunately, we won't have to wait until 2022 for the new shooter from EA DICE.

Today rumor broke on the Internet that the release of Battlefield 2042 would be delayed. It was speculated that the game might be pushed back a lot and come out in 2022. Like most leaks, this one also contained a grain of truth - a few dozen minutes ago EA DICE informed that due to the pandemic the game will indeed be released later than originally planned. Fortunately, the delay is not as big as feared, and we'll be able to play the new shooter on November 19, which is just four weeks later than we originally were to. The title will be released on PC, PS4, PS5, XOne and XSX|S.
