BF3 Reality Mod Launches and It's Spectacular; System Requirements and Installation Guide
After months of work, BF3: Reality Mod has finally been released. The modification takes realism in Battlefield 3 to a whole new level. The community is thrilled.
Yesterday, after months of work, the highly anticipated, super-realistic modification for Battlefield 3 finally came out. We are, of course, talking about the fan project BF3: Reality Mod, which significantly transforms gameplay in this classic shooter from EA DICE, introducing, among other things, many new tactical solutions to individual actions.
Community truly satisfied
The first impressions of the community are very positive. Players are comparing the mod to Squad, and some of them believe that in some respects it performs better than that successful gamt from Offworld Industries.
In particular, it is praised for improved teamwork during clashes, as well as - although this is largely due to the Battlefield 3 itself and not the mod - excellent-looking destruction of the environment (it was demonstrated in its full glory, for example here).
BF3: Reality Mod - how to download?
If you want to download BF3: Reality Mod, you can do so by creating a free account on this page, and then downloading the Venice Unleashed Mod Installer (VU) app. After that, just follow the instructions described in the video below. If you happen to run into problems at the beginning of the game, you will find an introduction prepared by the developers later in the video.
It is worth bearing in mind that in order to run BF3: Reality Mod you need an account on EA Play / Origin, as well as legal PC copy of Battlefield 3 with all DLCs (the modification is not available on other platforms). Moreover, the mod has slightly higher requirements than the game is uses. You will get acquainted with them below.
