A teasing website appeared on the web, which shows the next installment of Call of Duty. We can deduce from it the game's setting and the date when it will be officially announced.

It seems that we finally found out when the new Call of Duty will be revealed. The announcement should take place on August 14, this year. Activision has launched a website acting as a teaser, and the aforementioned date appears on a video recorder visible on the page.
The presence of this device, as well as a CRT TV and an acoustic converter, seems to confirm the rumors that the game will be set in the Cold War era. The VCR also shows at 12:00 p.m. If it concerns California (where Activision is located), this year's Call of Duty should be revealed at that hour on August 14.
We recently learned that the next installment will probably be called Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and should launch in October, this year. Treyarch and Raven Software are to develop the project.
