CD Projekt RED Thanks Cyberpunk 2077 Fans in Special Video

CD Projekt RED team released a video thanking fans of Cyberpunk 2077 for their support and patience.

CD Projekt RED has released a video thanking fans of Cyberpunk 2077 for almost ten years of support.

The video lasts over five minutes and recalls the most important events related to the project - starting with its announcement in 2012, through the trailers and player reactions, the reveal of Keanu Reeves' participation or the game's presentations organized in various countries around the world. A summary of fan activity was also shown, including various cosplays inspired by CP2077.

The developers thanked the players not only for their support, but also for their patience as the developers patched the game.

As you may remember, Cyberpunk 2077 debuted in December 2020 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game turned out to be a big disappointment, especially in terms of technical aspects on consoles, but that didn't stop it from achieving impressive sales figures.

Since its release, the developers have put a lot of effort into fixing the game. Last week saw the debut of the big patch 1.5 and a next-gen upgrade for Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5. The update was received quite warmly and it seems that the game has regained the affection of many gamers. Importantly, more patches are planned.
