However, bad performance is not the only problem. Many fans report that they experience a yellow screen. Let’s talk about this issue.

Cities Skylines 2 – Yellow Screen Bug

Many players report that after building something – mostly roads, but not only – their screens turn yellow. It is a popular bug, which is evident when we look at the number of topics on Steam forum which are about this.

As of now there is no known solution to this bug. However, it is likely that the problem is a compatibility fault. Many players who have this issue report that they use Intel Iris Xe graphics. If you have a chance, try a different PC configuration.

Developers are aware that Cities Skylines are not perfectly performance friendly, as they prepared their own guide to optimize it. Sadly, there is nothing about yellow screen. However, we may expect that they will concentrate their efforts on fixing various problems in the future.
