To celebrate 10th anniversary of Klei Entertainment, developers from Massive Monster studio worked to bring Cult of the Lamb and Don’t Starve Together… well, together. In this weird mix, both games received some content from each other. Not only you can enrich your cult den with DST decorations, but you can also summon Webber to serve your darkly goals and join your woolly sect. If you would like to get this new cultist in your camp and wonder what to do with spider skulls, you are on the right track as they are connected. Here you will learn how to use them and strengthen your cult with new, poor soul.

How to use Spider Skull in Cult of the Lamb

It turns out that getting Webber in Cult of the Lamb is actually a very simple process but ambiguous.

  1. The first thing that you have to do is to catch a spider. They can be quite fast and blend in the environment, so can be tricky to spot.
  2. Caught spider leaves behind a Spider Skull. By itself, the skull with hairy, crooked legs doesn’t do anything specific, but is a crucial part of the last step.
  3. Before progressing with Spider Skull, build a body pit in your base.
  4. You probably already connected the dots. Yes, it is time to bury the Spider Skull in the Body Pit. After doing so, you will be greeted with a short cutscene of Webber emerging from the ground of the grave.

If you have played Don’t Starve before with the Reign of Giants add-on, the process for unlocking Webber may seem familiar… because it is exactly the same. It’s a neat easter egg prepared for people who are familiar with Klei’s production.

Maybe this expansion will encourage you to try the other game if you haven’t already? You definitely won’t regret it as both are very well reviewed by players.
