Diablo 2: Resurrected Video Shows Items Featured in the Alpha

A video has been circulating online for some time now, in which you can see the designs of many of the weapons, armors, and other pieces of equipment available in Diablo 2: Resurrrected's alpha.

A few days ago, Diablo II: Resurrected, a remaster of the iconic hack'n'slash game, officially ended its alpha test phase. However, not everyone had a chance to take part in those pre-release tours of Sanctuary. Such people had to settle for pictures and videos available online. A very clear compilation of various screenshots can be found on Nexius's YouTube channel. They show elements of equipment featured in the alpha - from weapons to single runes.

Diablo 2: Resurrected will include all of the equipment from the original game, so the items shown in the above video may seem familiar. What's impressive is their refreshed design - some models look completely different. We're talking about both weapon presentation in the inventory and their actual appearance on the player character.

In the comments under the material special attention was paid to the design of gems. It seems like a simple detail, but it proves how much care Blizzard and Vicarious Visions put into every single element of the remaster.

Diablo II: Resurrected >will be released this year. It will appear on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch.
