The devs of Dune: Spice Wars are preparing many new features. Among them is a mode acting as a campaign, heroes and a new faction.

Shiro Games has informed of new development plans for Dune: Spice Wars, a strategy game currently available in early access.
The developers have shared their plans, as it will soon be a year since the game's release in Steam Early Access and many players are wondering what direction the game's development will take. Among the planned new features are:

The developers also addressed how much longer early access period will last. They claim that at this point they have completed about 70% of their plans. Therefore, there is still a lot of work left before them. The developers expect version 1.0 to be released at the end of the year.
Dune: Spice Wars is available exclusively on PC. The game debuted in Early Access on April 26 last year and was warmly received - on Steam 82% of player reviews praise the production, which is categorized as a "very positive" reception. From November last year the title is also available as part of Game Pass.
