Ambitious Mod Fallout: London on New Video; Many Attractions Revealed

The developers of an extensive mod for Fallout 4 have reminded us of their creation. The new footage from Fallout: London shows, among other things, killer mailboxes and fully functioning trains.

Not only big and small games should interest RPG fans in 2023. There are also ambitious fan projects waiting for players, as reminded by the new video from the creators of the huge mod titled Fallout: London for the fourth installment of the post-apocalyptic series.

This is the fourth and final report, summarizing the work progress in 2022. The video featuring both modders and voice actors involved in the project was published on YouTube.

One of the novelties presented in the material are fully working trains. As it turns out, even on previous trailer the railroads worked on the principle of "scrolling elevators," but now they have their own animations and models. In practice, this means that they are actual objects in the game world, in which players will even be able to fight (or fall under them, with obvious results).

In addition to the trains, the modders also presented a number of new enemies. Of greatest interest will probably be the deadly mailbox on wheels and with a circular saw in one hand. Or the sea mine, which has apparently changed its specialization and prefers to chase targets on land on mechanical legs.

In addition to the robots, we see new mutated fauna (such as crabs) and the wealthy Isle of the Dog Syndicate gang, intended to be a combination of the "Kray brothers and the London Mafia." The devs also boasted 100 tracks (including 40 for radio stations), which will be included in the full version of the mod.

Premiere of Fallout: London is planned for this year. We still do not know the exact date, and the mod will not receive any more demos. To compensate for that, the developers are making some elements available as separate modifications.
