The moment long awaited by fans of the FNAF brand has finally arrived. The latest installment of the series, Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach, has been released.

The game was released simultaneously on PC, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The PC edition is sold on Steam.

The game's debut on Steam is quite successful. At the time of writing this post, the game has 403 user reviews and 71% of them praise the title, which is categorized as a "mostly positive" reception. Players like the game's visuals, atmosphere and a lot of easter eggs. Main points of criticism are technical errors and high system requirements.

The game also achieves good activity scores. Shortly after the launch, the title was played by 7186 people at the same time. This is the best result obtained by a game from this brand on Steam. The previous record holder was Five Nights at Freddy's 3 with 3212 concurrent users.

Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach's score is also higher than the activity record of Poppy Playtime, which is 1946 people at the same time. Both games target a similar audience, being stealth horror games where we avoid murderous mechanical mascots.
