Friendly Insect in Forever Skies
First, let's start with how to get Friendly Insect in Forever Skies.
- Head to Underdust and find a large orange flower, then collect Dust Nut from it.
- Examine the item with Virus Analyzer. You will acquire the equipment after finding a laboratory in Underdust. It will enable you to craft Hypothermia Booster, thanks to which you can move on.
- Then follow the tunnels until you hit the central hub with Oxygen Station.
- Before the Oxygen Station turn right and enter the tunnel, at the end of which you will see a yellow light.
- Enter the large room and turn right. At this stage you will notice a small building.
- Inside you will find a cage with the Friendly Insect. Use the scanner and release it. This is how you get it.
- Now find the Temporary Camp and look for the round red bed. When you use the scanner on it, you will unlock the ability to craft Wrecked Soft Cushion using the Fabricator. Now place the item wherever you want and place Friendly Insect on it.
What does Friendly Insect do in Forever Skies?
For the moment Friendly Insect is merely a cute-looking creature that serves no function other than decorative. However, this does not mean that this must always be the case. Forever Skies is currently in early access, so it's possible that one of the updates in the future will make Friendly Insect somehow helpful.
