Genshin Impact has received a delightful teaser related to the upcoming update 3.0, with a brand new region waiting for the players to explore.

Developers of Genshin Impact have shared a trailer showcasing the new biomes that will hit the game as part of the update numbered 3.0. Players will be able to traverse a diverse and beautiful land called Sumeru.
A large and diverse land
The video released by the developers reveals that with the release of the update, players will get a sizable area to explore. Update 3.0 will introduce an entirely new land to the game, boasting truly enchanting landscapes.
Sumeru will be divided into two main biomes - mountains covered with ancient jungle and desert. Both areas will be full of locations worth visiting.
In the first of the mentioned biomes we will find areas occupied by glowing mushrooms, giant trees whose roots wrap around mountains, and a huge robot covered with moss. There is also a sizable city built on one of the trees.
The the desert biome, in turn, is a region filled with a whole lot of mysterious ruins. These structures are reminiscent of Egyptian buildings, which have been suitably tweaked using fantasy styling. There is also a large levitating pyramid, which affects the surrounding environment.
Not only new location
Update 3.0 will introduce more than just Sumeru to the game. Its release will also mark the enrichment of the game with three new characters.
Among them you will find Tighnari, Collei and Dori. They come specifically from Sumeru and are associated with the various locations we will have the opportunity to visit. They will also offer different skills, which have not yet been presented in the game.
Unfortunately, for now we do not know when we will be able to get acquainted with the novelties. So it remains to wait patiently for further information from the developers.
