Helldivers 2 Announced; Excellent Shooter Gets Sequel

PlayStation Showcase 2023 brought the announcement of Helldivers II. This time we will get a TPP shooter, which will look quite impressive.

A gameplay trailer for Helldivers II, the sequel to the warmly received shooter, was shown at PlayStation Showcase 2023. The title is set to debut later this year on PC and PS5, and the first trailer looks very pleasing.

Helldivers II is a sequel to the popular shooter from Arrowhead Game Studios. The trailer showed mostly spectacular combat sequences. The game will apparently offer intense, dynamic clashes. Despite the fact that Helldivers II will retain elements characteristic of the original, the perspective will change - to third-person.

No specific release date was provided, but it was confirmed that Helldivers II will debut on PS5 and PC later in 2023.
