A video appeared on YouTube, showing the process of creating a tiny PC. The author is Michael Pick, on whose channel we can find videos from The Casual Engineer series, in which he shows his original projects. The device presented on the video is based on Raspberry Pi. The creator took care of the smallest details - the central unit is equipped with 4 fans, cooling for the processor (heatsink and another cooler), or even a dummy GPU (created in a 3D printer). Here's how this microcomputer comparable in size to a Coca-Cola can was created:

Of course, a device like Raspberry Pi will not enable us to run too many games. In this case, the author used Parsec, which enables us to stream games from a selected PC. It is worth mentioning, however, that Raspberry has some dedicated video games such as Minecraft: Pi Edition. The whole thing works on Raspberry Pi OS (until recently called Raspbian) - Linux build designed to work on devices from the Raspberry Pi family.

The author informed in the comments that within a few days he will include a detailed list of the parts used and his design of the casing in the description.
