Offering a railway trip through the Void, packed with crafting and shootouts, Voidtrain arrived at Steam Early Access station recently. If you are aboard this train and would like to learn how to add more wagons, here you will find the answer.

How to add Wagons in Voidtrain

Adding wagons has its obvious benefit of enlarging your train’s space where you can put all of the chests, contraptions, and other useful items. In order to do so, you must meet some requirements.

First of all, there is a plot item that is required to add a Wagon that looks like combined Spring and Bearing. It can be unlocked after progressing game story and going through at least 4 gates. When this is done, you will need to pull up on a depot, clear it out of enemies and use the Building Console. From there, choose an Add Wagon button that allows you to enlarge your train.

It is generally a good idea to have your first wagon as long as possible because it will allow you to add engines later on. It is also worth noting that the maximum length of the train is dependent on the type of drive that you have. As a reminder, starting platform capacity is 6 with only Trolley Handle installed. Adding more advanced technology can increase the train’s maximum length to 12. You can learn more about it here.
