How to Get Ionic Crystal in Remnant 2
The Ionic Crystal is a valuable material in Remnant 2, which can be used to make powerful equipment. Find out where to get it in this guide.
Remnant 2 is a third-person roleplaying shooter, which also features a crafting system. To fight against the alien forces that want to destroy human civilization more effectively, the players can create stronger equipment with resources found around the world. One of them is the Ionic Crystal, which can be used to craft the Energy Wall weapon mod. Here is how to find it.
Ionic Crystal in Remnant 2 – Location
This material can be found in the Timeless Horizon dungeon in the N’erud realm.
Follow the instructions below to pick up one Ionic Crystal.
- First of all find Titan’s Reach, and from there, go to the spot with the yellow marker:
- You will see a circular platform that works as an elevator. Ride it up,
- Once the platform rises all the way, turn right and go up a flight of stairs,
- There, you should find an Ionic Crystal on the floor.
Ionic Crystal in Remnant 2 – Use
The Ionic Crystal is sought after as a material needed to make the Energy Wall weapon modification. This useful shield lets you fire at enemies while blocking their shoots.
The full list of materials to craft the mod:
- 1 Ionic Crystal
- 5 Lumenite Crystal
- 650 Scrap
Lumenite Crystals can be bought from Cass or dropped randomly from Aberrations and Elite Enemies. Once you’ve gathered these resources head to Ward 13 and locate the NPC Ava McCabe.
Talk to her and she will craft the mod for you. You can then apply it to your weapon.
It is possible to deploy the Energy Wall for 30 seconds at a time to block 500 damage, so pick your timing wisely.
