How to Get Monster Skin in BO6, Redeem Code and Learn Restrictions

Times when Call of Duty was a simple military shooter are long gone. The first unrealistic spinoff came in the form of zombie mode (now featuring exfil), only to deepen later on. We have seen various skins for operators available in multiplayer including demons, soccer players, or even singers. How about adding a Monster to the roster? Not a literal one, though, as Black Ops 6 partnered with Monster Energy drink allowing for some exclusive, in-game rewards for buying this beverage. If you would like to learn how to redeem the code and how it works in general, you’re in the right place, as there are some restrictions related to the procedure.

Getting Monster skins in Black Ops 6

While BO6’s campaign is more toned down, it still has it’s secrets in the safehouse, like piano, safe, boiler, and KGB bunker. Zombie mode is also hiding some easter eggs. However, multiplayer allows for the most self-expression by customizing the operator and weapons. To add more variety, it is possible to gain some exclusive Monster Energy skins by redeeming codes. How to do it? It depends whether the drink you’ve bought has a code under the ring-pull. If it does the steps are:

1. Have or create Monster Energy account,
2. Enter the code from the ring-pull,
3. Go to “My Codes” tab and get your skin code,
4. Navigate to the official redeem page and enter the code,
5. Once the code is successfully verified you will see a success page confirming your reward.

However, if there’s no code and you’ve still bought an eligible beverage, the process is:

1. Log in to your Monster Energy account or create one,
2. Upload a copy of the receipt showing the drink purchase,
3. Wait up to 72hrs for validation,
4. When the code is processed, you will receive an email informing you about the fact and you will find it in “My Codes” tab,
5. Make sure that your Activision account is linked to the platform account that you play BO6 on,
6. Redeem the code on the official page.

Keep in mind that if you have BO6 opened while redeeming the code, you might need to restart the game to have the items assigned to your account. Moreover, some rewards will be available after November 14.

Monster Energy rewards in BO6

Activision’s partnership with Monster allows for obtaining some interesting rewards. This is great especially if you drink this beverage anyway. The prizes are as follow:

1. 1st code – Green Fury weapon blueprint + 15-minute 2XP token,
2. 2nd code – Unleash the Truth operator skin + 15-minute 2XP token,
3. 3rd code – Street Beast weapon vinyl + 15-minute 2XP token,
4. 4th code – Cold Trail operator skin variant + 15-minute 2XP token,
5. 5th code – Unleash It weapon vinyl + 15-minute 2XP token,
6. 6th code – The Beast Inside operator skin variant + 15-minute 2XP token,
7. 7th code and above (up to 160) – 15-minute 2XP token.

That’s not all, as there are additional retailer exclusive promotions (available only in United States and Puerto Rico) :

1. Walmart – additional 2XP tokens (redeemed via receipt upload),
2. 7 Eleven – calling card (redeemed via receipt upload),
3. Yesway/Allsup’s – weapon sticker (redeemed via Yesway or Allsup’s Rewards app),
4. Stater Bros. – weapon sticker (redeemed via receipt upload),
5. Murphy USA – animated emblem (redeemed via receipt upload),
6. QuikTrip – animated emblem (redeemed via receipt upload),
7. KwikTrip – animated emblem (redeemed via receipt upload),
8. Circle K – animated calling card (redeemed via receipt upload),
9. Casey’s – weapon sticker (redeemed via Casey’s Rewards app).

While 15 minutes of 2XP doesn’t seem much, it can help tremendously to grind through all the prestige levels, even if a tiny bit quicker. Remember, that it is possible to use as many as 4 codes for 2XP a day (up to 1 hour in total).

Monster rewards restrictions in Black Ops 6

Sadly, not everyone can use the codes to get additional items in BO6. There are some restrictions in place that you have to know about before making any purchase with intention of getting prizes:

1. The rewards are limited to some countries (check out terms and conditions),
2. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate,
3. The receipts from purchase must be from between September 1 to December 31, 2024,
4. The codes must be redeemed before March 31, 2025.
5. 2XP tokens expire if not used before the promotion’s end.
