It seems like there's always a surprise hit on Steam every week, but it’s been a while since a great puzzle game like Blue Prince came around. This indie title hit over 7,000 concurrent players in under 24 hours and is getting positive reviews, though some aren’t fond of the RNG aspect. But let's focus on what you came for: the Vac Indicators puzzle. It's pretty simple once you know where to find the clue.

In the Utility Closet, there's a fusebox with six lights that need to be set to the right colors to solve the puzzle. The clue for this is split across two rooms. First, head to the security room and check the noticeboard. Interact with it and use the magnifying glass to read the Terminal Password note – which will be SWANSONG. But since I just told you, you can skip that part.
Next, head to the office room and log into the computer with the password. Check the emails, and the second one will give you the correct light sequence:
Now, the tricky part. Turning the light white isn’t as simple as it sounds. The tip for this is in the fourth email. To make one of the lights white, you need to first turn all of them purple.
Head to the Utility Closet, open the fusebox, and follow these steps. Remember, changing the color to Off will also affect the adjacent ones, so be careful:
If you follow these steps correctly and the light sequence is Off, Blue, Green, White, Red, Purple, the doors behind the fusebox should open.

Been with gamepressure.com since 2019, mostly writing game guides but you can also find me geeking out about LEGO (huge collection, btw). Love RPGs and classic RTSs, also adore quirky indie games. Even with a ton of games, sometimes I just gotta fire up Harvest Moon, Stardew Valley, KOTOR, or Baldur's Gate 2 (Shadows of Amn, the OG, not that Throne of Bhaal stuff). When I'm not gaming, I'm probably painting miniatures or admiring my collection of retro consoles.
