How to use modifier in WuWa. It's easy!
Modifier is the item added to Wuthering Waves in patch 2.3. In this guide we will tell you how to use it.
Kuro Games is working hard to bring new players to Wuthering Waves. Yesterday the game was launched on Steam. This move allowed to gather over 14,500 people at its peak on Valve’s platform (via SteamDB). Of course, the premiere on a new launcher is not all, as at the same time 2.3 Anniversary Update was released. It brings to this free-to-play RPG a bunch of novelties like two 5-Star Resonators, weapons and quests. However, one of the most interesting things added with this patch is Modifier. What is this exactly and how to use it?
How to get Modifier in WuWa?
Modifier is a very useful tool. It allows you to change the Mainstat of your Echo like HP, damage or healing bonus. This is the perfect option to reduce the grind and make the game easier. So, how to get it?
Currently in WuWa you will find three different methods:
- Complete in-game events.
- Reach certain levels in Pioneer Podcast.
- Buy Modifiers in the Shop. However, you need to spend Oscillated Coral in the process.
Unfortunately, only the first method is completely free (in the case of Pioneer Podcast, unpaying players will get less items than those who pay). So, if you don’t want to spend your money on the game, your option is limited.
How to use Modifier in WuWa?
At this point you have Modifier. What’s next?
- First, in the pause menu (Terminal) choose Data Bank.
- Click on the Data Modify tab at the bottom of the list located at the left side of the screen.
- Choose an Echo and click Modify.
- Select a stat to upgrade. However, there are some restrictions. If you choose leveled Echo, you can’t upgrade its main stat.
Now, you can confirm your choice and receive an improved echo. It’s simple and really effective.
