Layers of Fear: Inheritance DLC announced, coming out next month
The story-based DLC Layers of Fear: Inheritance will let you play as the daughter of the original game's protagonist. The add-on is coming out next month.
The well-received psychedelic horror adventure game Layers of Fear by Polish developer Bloober Team is going to receive a story-based DLC called Inheritance. The add-on – which is to be priced at about $5 – is scheduled to release on PC (Windows/Linux), Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 on August 2, 2016.
In Layers of Fear: Inheritance you will play as the daughter of the original game’s protagonist. Several years after the events featured in Layers of Fear the young woman learns that she inherited a haunted manor from her father. In his testament the mad painter made a note of a special possession, the most precious part of the inheritance – what that is, the girl will have to discover on her own. The original Layers of Fear has been receiving very good Steam user reviews – 94% of them are positive. The game is currently on Steam Sale discounted by 50%, where you can get it for $9.99 for several more hours.
