LotR Return to Moria is a new survival crafting game which takes place in the Middle-earth, world known for many people from popular Lord of the Rings and Hobbit books and movies. Of course, the universe has a lot of game adaptations, too. Return to Moria is one of them. Many fans want to enter ancient mines of Moria alone or with friends and search for hidden treasures. For now, the title is available only on Epic. It is not a surprise that players would welcome it gladly on different platforms like consoles and Steam. Let’s talk about it.

LotR Return to Moria – console (PS5 and Xbox) release

If you own PS5 or Xbox Series X/S and want to play Return to Moria, we have some good news for you. While the title is not yet on consoles, it will be quite soon. PS5 premiere was supposed to be at the same time as PC, however it was delayed. We can expect the title on PlayStation on December 5.

In the case of Xbox, players will have to wait a little bit longer, as it should be released at the beginning of 2024. We do not know the precise date yet. Fans have to wait for an official announcement.

LotR Return to Moria – Steam release

In the case of Steam release, the situation is more complex. For now, Return to Moria is a PC exclusive for Epic. Of course, the newest crafting survival is not the only game which was released on Epic only. However, in most cases the exclusivity deal is temporary and lasts around a year. We can assume that the similar agreement is in this situation. Of course, it may be the case that the game will never leave Epic Games Store on PC. We have to wait and observe the situation.
