Mexico in Age of Empires 3: Definitive Edition; Devs Present New DLC

The creators of Age of Empires 3: Definitive Edition have announced another DLC for the game. It will enable us to lead the forces of Mexico.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  • Age of Empires 3: Definitive Edition will receive a new DLC soon;
  • It will introduce to the game the civilization of Mexico and several new scenarios;
  • The expansion is scheduled for release on December 1.

The release of Age of Empires 3: Definitive Edition took place a little over a year and the game is still being intensively supported by the developers. After visiting Africa as part of The African Royals DLC, the time has come to return to America. This time we will lead the civilization of Mexico.

The new nation will receive some unique features. As in the case of the USA, as we progress through the eras we will select states (Federal States) which will offer different bonuses. In each era, the new civilization will also be able to launch revolutions, which will grant additional benefits. Mexico looks to be a versatile nation that can be customized in the course of the game.

Moreover, another historical battle scenario will be added to the game, called Grito de Dolores. However, this is not the only new mission that will appear in AoE 3. Holders of the DLC introducing the United States to the game will receive a free challenge called The Burning of USS Philadelphia. Owners of both DLCs will be able to take part in the historic battle The Battle of Queenston Heights ..

All new features will be tested on December 1, which is the day of the DLC's release. You can pre-order them now.
