Minion Leveling Witch Build – Active Skills for Witch

Minions

1. Skeletal Warriors – it is no brainer. You can have these minions for free from the scepter. Moreover, as your character is squishy, it is a good idea to have someone in front of you to take the hit.
2. Skeletal Snipers – later on you will be able to summon more minions, however the Poison shot is quite a powerful ability, which can be even useful against bosses.
3. Raging Spirits – it is an ability which you can get after finishing the Ominous Altars quest and killing The King of the Mist. For that, you will get an Uncut Spirit Gem. Of course, it is not the only one in the game, but it is the earliest one. Once you use this item, you will be able to pick this skill. It makes you summon skulls whenever you use a fire spell.
4. Unearth – while it is a damage skill, it can also raise dead bodies as minions. While they live for a short time, they can be summoned in a great number.

Useful Upgrades: Minion Instability (it makes them explode).

Other Skills

1. Flame Wall – especially useful with Magnified Effect, which makes it bigger. It is essential skill for Raging Spirits, as it is the source of them spawning.
2. Contagion – it debuffs and deals chaos damage over time. Moreover, it goes well with Unearth. If the opponent died cursed by Contagion, risen corpses will also spread the disease on hit.

Minion Leveling Witch Build – Passive Skills for Witch

In the case of the Witch, Passive skills are easy to pick – Spell damage and Minion damage. You should focus on that. Moreover, Minions revive speed is also important. Last but not least, increase their maximum health. From time to time, it is also a good idea to invest in Intelligence.

Minion Leveling Witch Build – Items

1. Offhand – It is crucial to equip Scepter with bonus to Spirit and the Skeletal Warriors ability on it.
2. Armor – Spirit and energy shield are crucial. Additionally, all items which will strengthen your magic abilities (mana and Intelligence) and health (regeneration and maximum) are important.
3. Wand – Chaos Bolt with bonus to damage is a good choice.

How to Play Minion Leveling Witch Build

1. You are not a frontline character, send your Skeleton Warriors first.
2. Use the Flame Wall to keep yourself safe and summon Raging Spirits.
3. Once there are some corpses on the ground, use Unearth to raise them (you can use this skill even if there are no corpses, as it deals damage).
4. Don’t forget about Archers’ gas arrow on command.
