Nightingale, the new survival game, has some technical issues. Hower, despite those problems, the title is step by step uncovered by players. Let’s talk about it.

Nightingale – Ancestry, Lineage and Background Story Explained

Right now, Ancestry is just a flavor. You can pick your Lineage, in other words – ancestors. If you like customization, it is a good idea, as it will allow you to tweak your characters’ appearance based on the family choices you have made.

In the case of Story, the situation is more complex. It seems that right now it is just something for roleplay. However, according to Gamerant interview with Inflexion Games' CEO Aaryn Flynn, this feature may be developed in the future. Flynn has informed that one of the potential ways to develop Story in the future is to introduce unique dialog options based on your backgrounds.

Remember that the game in in early access right now, and the title will be developed in the future. We don’t know yet what ideas will be introduced to the game and what will be changed over time.
