Nvidia Suggests Uninstalling Latest Windows 10 Update [UPDATED]

The mandatory patch KB5001330 for Windows 10 caused many bugs affecting the performance of games. Complaints from the community have reached Nvidia, which suggested to uninstall the patch to eliminate the problems.

Update: Microsoft fixed a bug causing deterioration of game performance. The patch will hit all Windows 10 PCs within the next 24 hours.

Last week, Microsoft released the mandatory patch KB5001330 for Windows 10. The update introduced 114 security fixes, but at the same time added a lot of performance issues. As a result, quite a few games perform much worse than before the patch was installed. This caused Nvidia employees to suggest uninstalling it.

As we reported earlier, Internet users complain about blue screens of death, user profile errors and problems with installed games. During the game, we can experience not only fps drops but also more serious problems - including crashing to desktop. Voices of dissatisfaction have reached Nvidia. A post appeared on the company's official forum, in which employees suggest restoring Windows 10 to the state before the unlucky update was installed. This is to temporarily eliminate the problems with games.

Microsoft is already working on fixes for the new update. However, it is not known when exactly they will hit Windows 10 users.
