Octopath Traveler 2 - how to get to House Wellows Manor?

While in Merry Hills, you may encounter Young Collector. Talk to him and you will receive a Mysterious Box and a side quest of the same name will begin. As with many other quests in Octopath Traveler 2, the solution to this quest is not told explicitly and it is up to the player to discover for himself what it is all about.

In the case of A Mysterious Box, the description of the item you received suggests where to take it. Your destination is House Wellows Manor, a building located near Leaflands: Southern Timberain Trail. However, keep in mind that you need to go there at night. Otherwise, you will not be able to complete the task.

Octopath Traveler 2 - exploration of House Wellows Manor

Once you reach House Wellows Manor, explore the first floor first. In one of the rooms you will find a chest containing a very good weapon - the Forbidden Axe. Then head to the top floor to the room furthest to the left. There you will find a ladder, leading you to a woman, to whom you can give the Mysterious Box.

In return for completing this task, you will receive 6666 Leaves and Reaper's Sickle.
