In order to get them, you will have to to complete the Obtain a Peculiar Horn and Obtain a Rare Plant Apothecary guild tasks. Each of them requires bringing 3 of a rare item to the Apothecary guild – Primeval Horn Elixir and Herb of Grace Buds respectively.

Climb a ladder on the right of the building to go inside,

Explore the manor until you randomly encounter a Devil Deer,
Defeat it or steal from it with the Thief’s skill Steal to obtain Primeval Horn Elixir.
