Fresh information about Assassin's Creed: Mirage is flowing to us all the time. The latest includes the parkour system and should please players who didn't like the simplistic solutions offered by the last three installments of the series.

  1. The goal of the developers of Assassin's Creed: Mirage is to recreate the parkour system from Assassin's Creed: Unity.
  2. This is good news, as most fans of the brand recognize the Assassin's Creed: Unity as the pinnacle of the series in this regard.
  3. The information was revealed by the lead producer of AC: Mirage, namely Fabian Solomon, in an interview with Arab Hardware.

An attempt to recreate solutions from Assassin's Creed: Unity makes sense, as AC: Mirage is announced as a return to the roots of the series. During the unveiling of the project, the devs assured that it will focus on parkour, among other things, which is not surprising, since the action will take place in bustling Baghdad.

It is worth mentioning, however, that this return to old solutions will not include the combat system. This element of gameplay is to be a development of ideas from Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

AC: Mirage will be released next year. The game will be available on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5, as well as on Amazon Luna's streaming service.
