Modded Red Dead Redemption 2 Running on RTX 3090 in 8k Looks Stunning

Red Dead Redemption 2 on mods in 8K on RTX 3090 looks great. A lot of the credit for this goes to the ray tracing support feature added by a fan.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the prettiest games available on the market. Not only the version for last-gen consoles raised the bar practically beyond the reach of the competition, but above all the PC edition, which, due to the features of the platform, allows for even more.

One of the possibilities that PC users can take advantage of are the graphical modifications that have accompanied Red Dead Redemption 2 practically since its release in 2019. The most popular are the various settings of the ReShade program, which enables us to modify graphical effects, often improving the visual experience.

A few days ago a new preset was released that not only tweaks the visuals, but also adds ray tracing support, which is supposed to bring RDR 2 closer to photorealism (yeah, we've heard that one before how many times already?). The author is YouTube user Digital Dreams. You can see the presentation recorded in 8K resolution and at maximum graphic settings in the video below.

How do you like it? If you want to use this preset, you can download the version with ray tracing here, Nexus Mods offers a version without it.
