Returnal on PS5 With Spectacular Gameplay and Release Date
We've learned the release date of Returnal, a game to launch on PlayStation 5. That's more, the devs at Housemarque have presented a new, spectacular gameplay trailer of their work.
At this year's The Game Awards, Housemarque presented a new gameplay from Returnal, a game prepared for PlayStation 5. The game has also got a release date - as it turns out, we will play it on March 19, 2021.
This video will not surprise anyone who has been interested in the project before. The devs focused on showing us spectacular (these particle effects!) skirmishes, as well as on outlining the concept of the series in which the astronaut - the main character - was trapped on a strange planet.
Our task in Returnal will of course be to break the loop... and to prevent the protagonist from going completely mad. This will be complicated by the fact that although our protagonist will be reborn after every death, the world around her (and thus, for example, the displacement of our adversaries) will undergo a fundamental change.
