Returnal PC Release Date and Full System Requirements
We have learned the release date of Returnal on PC. The title will launch very soon. At the same time, updated system requirements for the game have appeared online.
At the recent The Game Awards gala it was announced that Returnal is heading to PC. Now a handful of new details related to the port have been presented - including updated system requirements. We learned also the game's release date. The action game from Housemarque will hit PC gamers on February 15.
Full system requirements were published on the official PlayStation blog. We see one significant change from those revealed earlier. This time, the recommended configuration lists 16 GB of RAM instead of 32 GB. So the game should walk more smoothly on weaker hardware.
Returnal - minimum requirements (low graphics settings, 720p, 60 fps)
- Processor: Intel Core i5-6400 2.7 GHz (quad-core) / AMD Ryzen 5 1500X 3.5 GHz (quad-core)
- Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB / AMD Radeon RX 580 8 GB.

At the same time, it was also revealed what options PC players will have access to. Returnal will offer, among other things:
- ray tracing not only for shadows, but also reflections;
- support for 21:9 and 32:9 ultra-wide screens;
- support for Nvidia DLSS and AMD FSR technologies;
- 5.1 and 7.1 surround sound;
- full DualSense support.
