Star Wars: Squadrons Single Player Campaign on New Video

During the GamesCom Opening Night Live 2020, a new video from Star Wars: Squadrons was shown. It introduced the game's story and showed some gameplay footage.

The online GameCom Opening Night Live 2020 show wouldn't be complete without Star Wars: Squadrons, a space shooter set in the universe of Star Wars.

A few minutes of video material consisting of two sections were shown. The first one introduced the story of the campaign on the New Republic side. The second showed a fragment of a mission being played. It is worth noting that thanks to the video we learned that Rae Sloane, a heroine known from comic books, who is an officer of the imperial army, will appear in the game.

Star Wars: Squadrons will launch on October 2, this year. The game will be released on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
