The Starfield Premium Edition has been released, drawing in hundreds of thousands of players currently. This impressive figure is remarkable, especially when considering that a majority of players will start up the game a bit later upon the launch of the Standard version. Regrettably, some fans are facing issues with the title. Namely they experience audio cutting out. In this guide we will talk about it.

Starfield -Audio Cutting Out (Stutter) Fix

If you experience problems with Audio – it is cutting out and stutter, the reason of that is quite simple, you have probably installed the game on your HDD (Hard Disc Drive). While it is possible to play, if you use this kind of drive, you will have to accept some inconveniences.

What should you do to fix the problem? Install the game on SSD (Solid-State Drive). It is the only sure solution to fix this issue or at least reduce it greatly. This is one of the minimal requirements of Starfield, and developers did not joke about it, as the experience of the game changes drastically once you use the newer type of drives.

SSD becomes a new standard for games. More and more titles will demand it from now on, as the technology moves on, and current generation of consoles is equipped with them. It is a smart investment, if you plan to play on PC in the future.
