New Gameplay From MMO Shooter The Day Before

Fntastic published a new gameplay video from the survival MMO shooter The Day Before. It shows firefights on the city streets.

THE DAY BEFORE IN A NUTSHELL:
  • Developer: Fntastic
  • Publisher: MyTona
  • Genre: Action/MMO Game
  • Platform: PC
  • Release date: Summer 2021

A new gameplay video from the post-apocalyptim survival MMO The Day Before appeared on the web. The video offers two minutes of gameplay footage and focuses on presenting the combat mechanics.

The footage is interesting among others because it offers the first opportunity to see the action during the day. When the game was announced in late January this year, the creators released a video with extensive gameplay fragments, but it presented only gameplay at night.

The video was published during IGN Fan Fest 2021 and features the base, exploration of the deserted city streets and, most importantly, combat against other survivors. The latter is worthy of attention, because the previous gameplay focused on showing battles with hordes of zombies.

The latest video reinforces the impression that The Day Before is heavily modeled on the Tom Clancy's The Division series. However, the lack of revolutionary ideas does not change the fact that the whole thing looks promising.

The Day Before is coming exclusively to PC. The release will take place in the second quarter of this year.
