In recent years, we have had quite a few returns of forgotten (or age-old) series. Take-Two Interactive also decided to fund players a return to the past and announced TopSpin 2K25 â?? the first installment of tennis games from 2K Sports in almost 13 years.

Hangar 13, the creators of Mafia III, is responsible for reviving this twenty-year-old series. This was suggested by leaks from last year, mentioned by Nick Baker during the May XboxEra podcast (via PlayStation Universe).

So far, the creators have only gave us a short teaser, although it contains snippets of gameplay. You can watch the material published for the Australian Open 2024 tournament below.

The publisher did not reveal anything specific about the game. However, thanks to the Sony and Microsoft stores, we know that Top Spin 2K25 is coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation (probably both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, although we have no confirmation yet).

The game will probably also arrive on PCs. It's true that the last installment omitted the "tinny" ones, but the same can be said about the older parts of other Take-Two Interactive sports series. The publisher's latest releases have not really omitted personal computers.

TopSpin 2K25 is set to release "soon." We are also expected to receive more information about the game in the near future.
