Highly anticipated dark strategy game inspired by Command & Conquer and Warhammer 40K received new trailer. Dust Front RTS impresses with details
After more than a year, Dust Front RTS received a new trailer. However, the independent developer still hasn't revealed a release date for the title.
Independent developer RtsDimon reminded of his upcoming game by releasing a new trailer for Dust Front RTS (the previous one was released in October 2023), which you can see below. The dev has still not decided to announce the official release date of the title.
Dust Front RTS - inspired by, among others, the Command & Conquer and the Warhammer 40Kseries - will take us to a dark, procedurally generated world, filled with wars. We will have at our disposal aviation, infantry, various vehicles, and, depending on which of the three factions we select (Empire, Mutants, Robots), a "superweapon" that can destroy entire cities.
The storyline of this real-time strategy game (featuring an optional active pause) focuses on our battle, in the role of the viceroy, against mutants, rebels, and the plague. The campaign won't be linear and may take about 6-8 hours. By completing tasks, we unlock new units or structures, providing us with new opportunities in battles.
On Steam, over 16,000 users are following the discussed title, waiting for its launch. In this matter, the creator of the RTS doesn't provide any details. He mentioned that he is developing the game alone and funding it himself, which might extend the development timeline.
