NETFLIX RELEASES IN Q4 2021:
  • The Witcher Season 2;
  • You Season 3;
  • Cobra Kai Season 4;
  • Red Notice and Escape From Spiderhead.

We finally found out when we will see the new adventures of Geralt of Rivia on our screens. Netflix announced that the second season of The Witcher will debut in the fourth quarter of this year . Unfortunately, no exact date was given.

Shooting for the second season concluded earlier this month. However, it is a fantasy series, rich in CGI, so post-production will take a long time.

We've been waiting for new episodes for a long time. The shooting of the second season began in February last year, but after a few weeks the creators were forced to suspend work due to the coronavirus. The production was resumed in August but then Henry Cavill, who plays the main role, suffered a seriously injured on the set which caused further delays.

The return of The Witcher isn't the only attraction Netflix has lined up for the final quarter of the year. The streaming service announced that the third season of You and the fourth season of Cobra Kai will also debut during this period. That's also when Red Notice and Escape From Spiderhead will premiere.

You has also been delayed due to the coronavirus. The series was in production last December when California state authorities imposed new restrictions due to the deteriorating pandemic situation. This forced the suspension of work on the third season, although in this case the break lasted only a few weeks.
