Total War: Warhammer 3 Teaser Announces Gameplay Showcase

Creative Assembly will soon present gameplay footage from Total War: Warhammer III. For now, however, we have to settle for a short teaser and an unofficial screenshot from the game.

After three months since the reveal, we finally saw the first gameplay footage from Total War: Warhammer III. Unfortunately, for now only as a preview of the actual presentation and a short teaser. You can watch it below.

For the real gameplay we'll have to wait a bit longer. Creative Assembly will present Total War: Warhammer III on Friday, May 14 at 9 AM PT. What's interesting, much earlier an alleged screenshot from the game appeared online through a leak (via Reddit). The screenshot shows a map very similar to the one seen in the teaser, but it also includes the interface. Apart from that, the topic contained information about a battle between Khorne's demons and the army of the Kingdom of Kislev (which matches with the description of the official video, including the famous cry of the Blood God's cultists). This was to be played out in a mission based, according to the alleged press release, on a formula known from tower defense games.

Leaving aside this uncertain (though very credible) leak, for now we can only limit ourselves to what was shown in the official footage. It's just a shame that it does not reveal the release date. Total War: Warhammer III will debut later this year.
