The new Respsonsive V mod for Cyberpunk 2077 heavily expands the character's reactions when interacting with the world, as well as making Johnny Silverhand no longer mute when driving a car.

It's been almost five years since the release of Cyberpunk 2077, and yet modders are still coming up with new ways to improve adventures in Night City. The latest example of this is the Responsive V mod.
The modification makes our character react dynamically to many situations in the game world. This includes several cases

The mod is small but really cool because it adds things that hopefully will be in the sequel. However, it should be added that the project is not yet fully developed. Some players report problems with its launch. A lot of these issues are caused by not having the latest versions of other required projects for this modification, so make sure you have everything updated before installing Responsive V.
